In order to assess capability in the filed of Technology, Finance as well as Management, Power Division of MoPEMR has implemented Key Performance Indicator (KPI), a new performance based management system fixing performance targets and its weight factors to increase efficiency, establishment of accountability, dynamism & transparency of the company.

The following are the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) derived from Power Division, Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources. In the FY 2017-18 RPCL has achieved the following KPIs due to the honest, efficient and positive attitude of the management and employees coupled with the good corporate culture.

Incentives are given to the individual employee depending upon his/her performance  during the financial/calendar year.
